What's the process to becoming a ShipperHQ partner?
Start by submitting the Partner Program application through our website, and our team will follow up within a few business days with next steps. If there’s a fit, we’ll schedule a quick intro call to understand your agency, client profile, and partnership goals. Approved partners complete a partner agreement, receive partner portal access, and move into onboarding and training. The full process typically takes 1–3 weeks depending on scheduling and readiness.
What happens after an agency is approved as a ShipperHQ partner?
Once approved, you’ll complete a partner agreement (and NDA, if required), receive access to the partner portal, and begin onboarding. Onboarding includes partner enablement materials and training so your team can confidently position ShipperHQ, identify fit opportunities, and submit leads through the appropriate tools. Most agencies complete onboarding and training within 1–2 weeks.

No. There is no fee to apply for or join the ShipperHQ Partner Program. Approved partners receive access to onboarding, training, and partner resources to support client projects. If your clients move forward with ShipperHQ, their subscription and any implementation scope are priced separately based on their shipping requirements. Many agencies also bill for configuration, optimization, and ongoing support as part of their services.
